I am so woefully behind on here and I don't really know how to make it all up. I don't think I'll try. October was an interesting month. There wasn't much progress made on our process of getting to the Philippines and we are still awaiting official acceptance. We hope to hear from them soon and then get started on making some of our travelling plans, etc. Our desire is still to go early next year, but that may change as we receive more information.
We've been travelling most weekends and visiting various churches in the area. Right now we are actually up in northern Ontario with several speaking engagements this week. I am sharing tomorrow morning at a ladies coffee hour and I am currently procrastinating and feeling a little nervous. I don't know how Dennis does it.
The girls are doing fine. They've been really healthy this fall and are so grateful for this gift God has given us. We usually travel together as a family on our weekend trips. It is sometimes hard on the kids, but it seems like a good idea to have them with us as many of the people we meet haven't met us before. A good night of sleep usually helps a lot when the kids get owl-y.

I just got home this afternoon from IA and Omaha. What a treat to see all the pictures on FB and this blog. Praying that your time/trip up north is refreshing and profitable. Seeing you, Dennis and the family make me wish I were closer. Just love you all. Mom

What are the girls lying on in the lower picture? Looks like a skateboard park?!

Yep, it's a skatepark. The kids like those even better than playgrounds. This skatepark was next to one of the coolest playgrounds I've ever seen. They preferred the skatepark.

Dude.
